Superb work ! You have achieved one of the most beautiful, yet complicated things : simplicity. Simplicity always works but in the little world of bike making, very few are the talented ones who are able to reach it and stop there. Many do too much and in the end the bike looks like a patchwork. Not yours. Bravo!

You've done a fabulous job, building a real beauty. Congrats! I guess her handling is at par with her looks.
I ride a stock 92 R100R, may paint her sienna after all...
BTW, don't complain too much about part prices, at least BMW offers parts for all its motorbikes, whatever the buid year.
Where did you get the gas cap? I have an R100 and have been looking everywhere for a better cap.
